સુ્પ્રીમ કોર્ટમાં આજે રામમંદિર મામલે મહત્વપૂર્ણ એક મોટો નિર્ણય લીધો છે. સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટે તેના માટે ત્રણ સભ્યોની પેનલની પણ રચના કરી છે.
ચીફ જસ્ટિસ રંજન ગોગોઇએ કહ્યું કે, કોર્ટની નજરમાં મધ્યસ્થતાની કાર્યવાહી ગોપનીય રહેશે. જસ્ટિસ રંજન ગોગોઈની અધ્યક્ષતાવાળી પાંચ સભ્યોને બન્ચે કહ્યું કે આ મામલાનો ઉકેલ મધ્યસ્થતા દ્વારા થાય.
તેના માટે મધ્યસ્થતા કમિટીની રચના કરવામાં આવી છે. કમિટીના અધ્યક્ષ જસ્ટિસ ઈબ્રાહિમ ખલીફુલ્લાહ કરશે. આ ઉપરાંત આ કમિટીમાં શ્રીશ્રી રવિશંકર અને શ્રીરામ પંચૂ શામેલ છે.

આ પેનલ ચાર સપ્તાહમાં પોતાનો એક રિપોર્ટ સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટને સોંપશે, આઠ સપ્તાહમાં ફાઈનલ રિપોર્ટ આવી જશે. જસ્ટીસ ખલીફુલ્લાની આગેવાનીમાં આ પેનલ બનાવવામાં આવી છે.

કોંર્ટે મધ્યસ્થા દરમ્યાન મીડિયોને રિપોર્ટિંગ કરવાના મનાઈ ફરમાવી છે. આ ઉપરાંત કોર્ટે કહ્યુ કે, એક સપ્તાહમાં મધ્યસ્થાની પ્રક્રિયા શરૂ કરવામાં આવે.
