Airport System fail: દિલ્હીના ઇન્દિરા ગાંધી આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય એરપોર્ટ પર ઓટોમેટિક મેસેજ સ્વિચિંગ સિસ્ટમ (Automatic message switching system) માં ટેકનિકલ ખામી ધીમે ધીમે દૂર થઈ રહી છે. IGI એરપોર્ટે એક નિવેદનમાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે સમસ્યા હવે ધીમે ધીમે દૂર થઈ રહી છે અને એરલાઇન કામગીરી સામાન્ય થઈ રહી છે. મુસાફરોને કોઈપણ અસુવિધા ઓછી કરવા માટે તમામ સંબંધિત અધિકારીઓ સતત કામ કરી રહ્યા છે.

એરપોર્ટ ઓથોરિટીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે મુસાફરોને નવીનતમ ફ્લાઇટ સ્થિતિ માટે તેમની એરલાઇન્સ સાથે નિયમિત સંપર્ક જાળવવાની સલાહ આપવામાં આવી છે. એરપોર્ટ પર સામાન્ય સ્થિતિ પુનઃસ્થાપિત કરવાના પ્રયાસો ચાલુ છે.
અગાઉ, ઇન્ડિગો એરલાઇન્સે X પર પોસ્ટ કર્યું હતું કે એર ટ્રાફિક કંટ્રોલને અસર કરતી કામચલાઉ સમસ્યાનો ઉકેલ આવી ગયો છે, અને દિલ્હી સહિત ઉત્તરીય ક્ષેત્રના અસરગ્રસ્ત એરપોર્ટ પર ધીમે ધીમે સામાન્ય કામગીરી પાછી ફરી રહી છે. એરલાઇને એરપોર્ટ અને ATC અધિકારીઓના પ્રયાસોની પ્રશંસા કરી હતી.
ઇન્ડિગોએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે સિસ્ટમને ઓનલાઈન પુનઃસ્થાપિત કરવા માટે ઝડપી કાર્ય કરવામાં આવ્યું છે, જેના પરિણામે ફ્લાઇટ કામગીરી સામાન્ય થઈ છે. જોકે, ટર્મિનલ પર કેટલાક વિલંબ અને ભીડ હજુ પણ ચાલુ રહી શકે છે. મુસાફરોને ધીરજ રાખવા વિનંતી કરવામાં આવે છે. ઇન્ડિગોએ કહ્યું, “આપણે સામાન્ય સ્થિતિમાં પાછા આવી રહ્યા છીએ ત્યારે તમારા સહકાર બદલ આભાર. કૃપા કરીને તમારી ફ્લાઇટ વિશે નવીનતમ માહિતી માટે એરલાઇનનો સંપર્ક કરવાનું ચાલુ રાખો.”
ઇન્ડિગો એરલાઇન દ્વારા સત્તાવાર 4 પોસ્ટ ટ્વિટ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે જેમાં એક પોસ્ટ જે 8:30am પર કરવામાં આવી છે.

દિલ્હીમાં 1,000 ફ્લાઇટ્સ પ્રભાવિત
ગુરુવારે મોડી રાત્રે દિલ્હી એરપોર્ટ પર વિક્ષેપ એર ટ્રાફિક કંટ્રોલ (AMSS) સિસ્ટમમાં ખામીથી શરૂ થયો હતો. AMSS એ એર ટ્રાફિક કંટ્રોલ, ફ્લાઇટ પ્લાન, હવામાન માહિતી અને રૂટનું સંચાલન કરવા માટેની કેન્દ્રીય સિસ્ટમ છે. આની અસર દેશભરના અન્ય એરપોર્ટ પર થવા લાગી. એકલા દિલ્હીમાં, IGI એરપોર્ટથી સવારે 7:00 થી સાંજે 7:00 વાગ્યા દરમિયાન લગભગ 1,000 ફ્લાઇટ્સ મોડી પડી હતી.
