કેન્દ્ર સરકારે આજે ગ્રુપ ઓફ મીનીસ્ટર્સની રચના કરી છે. આ ગ્રુપ ઓફ મીનીસ્ટર્સ મહિલાઓ સાથે વર્ક પ્લેસ પર થતાં યૌન શોષણને અટકાવવા માટે કાયદાકીય માળખાને મજબુત બનાવા માટે કામ કરશે. મી ટુ મુવમેન્ટ અંતર્ગત ઘણાં કિસ્સાઓ સામે આવ્યા છે. ભારત સરકારનાં વુમેન અને ચાઈલ્ડ મીનીસ્ટ્રીનું મિશન છે, મહિલાઓની સેફટી અને એમને કામનાં સ્થળે અનુકુળ વાતાવરણ મળે.
Government of India today constituted a Group of Ministers (Nitin Gadkari, Nirmala Sitharaman and Maneka Gandhi) headed by Home Minister Rajnath Singh, to strengthen the legal and institutional frameworks to deal with, and prevent sexual harassment at workplace.

આ ગ્રુપ ઓફ મીનીસ્ટર્સ વુમેન અને ચાઈલ્ડ મીનીસ્ટ્રીનાં આ જ મિશન સાથે કામ કરશે. આ ગ્રુપ ઓફ મીનીસ્ટર્સ (GoM) માં નીતિન ગડકરી, નિર્મલા સીતારામન અને મેનકા ગાંધી છે અને એનું નેતૃત્વ હોમ મીનીસ્ટર રાજનાથસિંહ કરશે.

સ્વાભાવિક છે કે આ ગ્રુપ ઓફ મીનીસ્ટર્સની રચના થવાથી વર્ક પ્લેસ પર યૌન શોષણ અટકાવવાનાં કાયદાને વધુ મજબુત બનાવી શકાશે અને જે નિયમો અને લીગલ પ્રોસીજર છે એને વધુ સારી રીતે માળખાકીય બનાવવાનો પ્રયાસ થશે.
