ગુરુગ્રામ ખાતે એક નિર્માણધીન ૪ માળની ઈમારત ધરાશાયી થઈ હોવાની એક ઘટના સામે આવી છે, જેમાં અંદાજે ૮ લોકો આ બિલ્ડીંગના કાઠમાડ નીચે દટાયા છે.

મળતી માહિતી મુજબ, ગુરુવાર સવાર ૫ વાગ્યે ગુરુગ્રામના ઉલ્લાવાસ ગામમાં આ ઈમારત ધરાશાયી થઇ હતી અને લોકો હાલમાં પણ કાઠમાળમાં ફસાયા છે.
જો કે આ ઘટનાની જાણ સ્થાનિક પ્રશાસનને થતા રાહત અને બચાવ ટીમ ઘટનાસ્થળે પહોંચી છે અન કાઠમાળમાં ફસાયેલા લોકોને બહાર કાઢવા માટેની કોશિશ ચાલી રહી છે.

ગુરુગ્રામના SDM સંજીવ સિંગલાએ કહ્યું હતું કે, “આ બિલ્ડીંગ કોઈ ટેકનિકલ એક્સપર્ટના નીતિ નિયમ વગર જ બનાવાઈ હતી. આ ઘટના બાદ અંદાજે ૧૫૦ જેટલા લોકો રેસ્ક્યુ ઓપરેશનમાં લાગ્યા છે.

રેસ્ક્યુ ઓપરેશન અંગે તેઓએ કહ્યું, “રાહત અને બચાવ કાર્યમાં જિલ્લા પ્રશાસન, સ્થાનિક પોલીસ, ફાયરબ્રિગેડ તેમજ NDRF (નેશનલ ડિઝાસ્ટર રીવ્યુ ફોર્સ)ની ટીમો દ્વારા કાઠમાળમાં ફસાયેલા લોકોને બહાર કાઢવા માટેનું કામ ચાલી રહ્યું છે. આ બિલ્ડીંગની ઝપેટમાં આવવાના કારણે બાજુની ઈમારતોને પણ નુકશાન પહોચ્યું છે”.
